Day 1:

Pickup from Hotel in Cusco at in the morning and take a private car to Ollantaytambo train station
Train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes (there are several times to choose from)
Check in to Hotel in Aguas Calientes Town
Briefing at 5:00 pm in your Hotel in Aguas Calientes with your Guide for the next day in Machu Picchu

Day 2:

6:00am - Breakfast at Hotel
7:00am - Take bus to Machu Picchu entrance
7:30am - Guided tour of Machu Picchu Citadel
9:00am -12:00pm - Optional hike up Mount Huaynapicchu or Machu Picchu Mountain
12:00pm - Take Bus down to Aguas Calientes town
12:45pm - Lunch at Indio Feliz Restaurant
3:00pm - Train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo in the afternoon
Evening - Private car from Ollantaytambo to Cusco, drop off at hotel in the evening
